First, unfasten this strap from your body, as you can see, it divides in two; unfasten the extender from the left-hand strap. Keep unfastening both sides equally (left and right) from the vertical straps in the front part of the belt. Fold over the straps that are now only attached to the front ring and pass them through the ring from the inside towards the outside. Fasten the extender (that you unfastened at the beginning from the left- hand strap) to the rings of the straps. Put your hands in the ’handcuffs’ you have just made and let them guide your movements with the strap attached to the loop. You have just turned your belt into a restraint.
